We’ll prepare a detailed quote, including unit price, mold charges, setup fees, and any other specifications. Confirm the quote to proceed to the next step.
Step 3: Payment Processing
After the quote is confirmed, we’ll issue a Sales Order (SO) to facilitate secure and transparent payment processing.
Step 4: Artwork Approval
Before production, we’ll share an artwork proof for your review. Confirm details such as electroplating, colors, size, and materials to ensure every element aligns with your expectations.
Step 5: Sample Approval (If Required)
For intricate designs, we can create a physical sample for your approval. Sample approvals can be conducted through digital photos or brief videos, as this method saves on postage costs and transportation time. If needed, physical samples can be provided upon request, with postage fees to be covered by the clients.
Step 6: Full Production
Once all approvals are complete, we’ll begin full production, crafting your custom medallions with precision and superior craftsmanship.
