- PI for Payment: Receive a Proforma Invoice (PI) for payment processing.
- Artwork Approval: Review and approve the final artwork.
- Sample Approval: Approve a physical sample if required.
- Full Production: Once approved, full production of your custom medallions will commence.

Materials
The choice of materials greatly impacts the cost and quality of metal medallions. Medallions can be crafted from a wide range of materials, such as the popular brass and zinc alloy, as well as lightweight stainless steel, which is often utilized for printed designs. We also excel in creating premium medallions from pure silver. Quantity
The price per unit for custom medallions is influenced by the order quantity. Larger orders benefit from bulk pricing, lowering the cost per medallion. Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 100 pieces per design.
Designs
We offer custom medallions in many shapes and sizes, including round, square, and designs in other desired shapes. We can adjust designs to fit production capabilities and provide enhancements like glow-in-the-dark colors, glitter, gemstones, and flashing lights for unique customization options.
Coloration

Ribbons
The ribbon is optional and typically measures 900 x 25mm. However, it can be customized according to the client's specific requirements. We offer a variety of customization options to ensure the ribbon perfectly complements your medallion design and meets your preferences.
Packaging
We provide a range of packaging options, including bubble bags, velvet bags, shrink wrap, blister tray boxes, and custom-designed packaging. These can feature spot color or CMYK printing, as well as gold or silver hot foil stamping.
