To ensure design accuracy, we suggest sending vector artwork files (e.g. AI, CDR, EPS, etc,) with colors coded according to the PANTONE Matching System for design accuracy. If vector files aren't available, you can also send us a physical sample for us to replicate the design.
Step 2. Receive a Detailed Quote
Based on your inquiry, we'll provide a comprehensive quote outlining pricing, production timelines, and available options. Our transparent pricing will detail the individual unit price, mold or tooling costs, setup fees, and other relevant costs.
Step 3. Confirm the Order and Payment
If you have no issues with the quote, you can confirm your order with us to secure your place in the production schedule. We will issue a Sales Order (SO) with payment instructions and begin the production process once the payment is received.
Step 4. Review Your Artwork and Sample
Our design team will create a digital proof of your keychain artwork for your review and approval. This allows you to review and approve all aspects of the design, including colors, dimensions, plating, and finishes.
We will then provide you with photos or videos of the sample for the final design if necessary, helping you save on shipping time and costs. Physical samples are also available upon request with additional postage fees.
