UV Printed Pins

UV printing offers numerous advantages, such as suitability for complex pin badge designs with more than four colors, vibrant color layers, fast production speed, and cost-effectiveness for large orders. The traditional soft enamel is most commonly being replaced by UV printing because it utilizes inkjet technology, which can produce gradient colors effectively and apply colors to raised areas (where previously only recessed areas could be colored). The production speed is faster, the error rate is lower, and for multicolor designs, UV printing is generally more cost-effective. As the UV printing technology continues to evolve, UV printed lapel pins are almost indistinguishable from soft enamel pins. The only downside is that Pantone color accuracy is not as precise as with traditional color filling.
