Once you submit your design, we typically send you an art proof within 1-2 business days for approval. After approval, if a physical sample is required, it usually takes around 5-7 business days to produce. Full production of your custom lapel pins will take approximately 10-15 business days after all approvals are completed, depending on the complexity of the design and the quantity ordered.
Shipping times vary based on the location and the shipping method. Typically, if customers don't have special requests, all our shipments are dispatched from our Hong Kong warehouse using DHL, FedEx, or UPS. Due to our large and regular shipping volumes, courier companies offer us the best shipping rates annually. Delivery time generally ranges from 3 to 5 days. Other methods, such as air cargo or sea shipment, are subject to different terms.

You can make changes to your design before the final production begins. Once the artwork proof is sent to you, we allow revisions to ensure it meets your expectations. However, once you approve the final artwork and production begins, changes may no longer be possible, or additional fees may apply.

After you approve the artwork and payment is processed, we will begin production and keep you updated throughout the process.
Many might wonder if lapel pins and enamel pins are different. Essentially, they are the same, with enamel pins being a specific type of lapel pin. Enamel pins have designs filled with soft enamel or imitation hard enamel colors offering vibrant colors and a glossy finish.
Soft enamel pins have a textured surface, In contrast, imitation hard enamel pins are smooth and flat, with imitation hard enamel filled and polished to be level with the metal edges. Although it is difficult to tell them apart, the main difference is their finish: soft enamel color is thin and lower than the metal holding lines, while imitation hard enamel is flat and flush against metal lines.
