Production may include mold development, zinc alloy die casting, trimming, polishing, plating, enamel coloring, epoxy coating, UV printing, assembly and quality inspection. Samples help buyers compare actual metal tones, textures and decorative effects instead of relying only on digital artwork. Our QC team checks plating consistency, color appearance, surface condition and construction so approved references can support later bulk production.

A custom Sample Card project normally starts with your required product categories, artwork, plating options and decorative processes. Our workflow can include Concept / Artwork → Feasibility Review → Quotation → Artwork Approval → Mold Development → Sample → Finishing → QC → Packaging → Shipping. Sampling is approximately 7 days depending on design complexity and required finishes. Bulk production for related custom metal products is generally approximately 3–4 weeks, subject to product construction, quantity and project requirements.

Decorative processes can include Soft Enamel, Imitation Hard Enamel, UV Printing, Laser Engraving and printed details. Clear epoxy may also be applied over colored areas to create a visibly glossy, slightly raised protective surface.
